SRVN Internal Photoshoot 2025 | Corporate Portraits & Office Lifestyle

In July 2025, I had the privilege of photographing the Sedgwick Richardson Vietnam (SRVN) team in Ho Chi Minh City for their internal photoshoot. The session was designed to create a library of authentic images showcasing individual portraits, collaborative teamwork, and everyday office life—a true reflection of SRVN’s dynamic culture.

Following the photoshoot brief, all team members dressed in smart casual attire—clean, modern, and approachable. For portraits, I captured multiple angles per person (front-facing, 45° profile, and natural smiles) to provide variety while keeping a cohesive professional style. The result: a set of portraits that feel polished yet genuine.

We worked with natural daylight, avoiding artificial and overly high-contrast lighting. This approach brought warmth and authenticity to each image, aligning with SRVN’s principle of being genuine, not staged. Slightly deep depth of field kept the workplace details visible in the background, grounding portraits in the context of the SRVN office.

Beyond individual headshots, the session also focused on candid lifestyle photography. Scenes included:

Team members brainstorming and pinning ideas on the boardroom walls.

Small group discussions at work desks.

Natural moments of collaboration, walking, or exchanging ideas.
